PU Stone

PU stone is a polymer material, also known as polyurethane or PU for short. It is a polyurethane material made by polymerizing organic diisocyanates or polyisocyanates with dihydroxy or polyhydroxy compounds. PU stone is a type of wall decoration board made by foaming high-density polyurethane material through specialized aluminum molds, and processing its surface with anti-corrosion, wear-resistant, flame-retardant, UV resistant and other functions. This material is known as the "fifth largest plastic" due to its superior performance. ‌

It has good environmental protection and uses synthetic fibers as raw materials, reducing deforestation and meeting the national standards for non-toxic and harmless green products in engineering decoration. PU stone is lightweight, easy to construct, easy to handle without breaking, with extremely low loss rate, and can be installed by a single person. In addition, it has excellent fire resistance and has reached the B2 level standard through national fire testing. ‌

In terms of construction and installation, the construction process of PU stone includes steps such as treating the base layer, smoothing the leveling layer, arranging bricks, dividing grids, marking lines, pasting mushroom stones, pointing joints, and cleaning the surface.
